Cart is empty

Currently, there are cases where emails sent from our company are not delivered to customers using the email addresses of "~@ezweb.ne.jp" and "@au.com".

 

This may be due to the spam filter function of au, so if you do not receive an email from Paco Art, please check the following.

 

1. "Reception list settings"

Please check "Always receive" and set it so that you can receive emails from pako.artschool@gmail.com when setting up the reception list. For details on how to set up, refer to the procedure on the au official website below.

2. Changing the level of "Spoofing Regulation"

If spoofing restrictions are set, you may not be able to receive emails even if they are from addresses selected in the "reception list settings" due to the priority of the spam filter function. For details on how to set up, refer to the procedure on the au official website below.
