●Currently, there have been many cases where customers using @ezweb.ne.jp and @au.com email addresses are not receiving emails.
It is believed that this type of case is occurring due to an expansion of au's spam filter, so if you are not receiving the email, please check the following.

1. Set up your "Receive List" and check "Always receive." When setting up your receive list, please make sure you can receive emails from pako.artschool@gmail.com.

2. If you are not receiving emails even though you have set up your "receiving list," please change the level of your "spoofing restrictions."

● Those who wish to join or wait for cancellations
Please fill out and select the information below and submit. (For elementary school classes, we will accept cancellations from first grade onwards.)
If a class is fully booked, we will contact you by email to let you know the date and time of your visit as soon as a seat becomes available, in order of cancellation .

● Other inquiries/ those wishing to participate in the drawing session
To participate in the drawing session, please fill in your name (company name and contact person's name) and email address in the "Other inquiries" form.
If you would like to participate in the drawing session, please write "I would like to participate in the drawing session" in the subject line and in the message field, "Date you would like to participate and whether it is your first time or not."
