・We ask for your cooperation in using nearby parking lots for parking during pick-up and drop-off. Thank you in advance.

・Unless you have notified us in advance that you will be late, please enter the classroom before the lesson starts. (About 10 to 5 minutes before the start of the lesson)
The assignment will be explained 5 minutes after the start time. If there are students who are late, the explanation will be given after waiting, which means other students who are on time will have to wait. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

● The elementary school class is fully booked. If you would like to be on the waiting list for cancellations, please contact us via the contact page.
There are currently over 30 students waiting for the elementary school class. This has been a wait of about 1-2 years, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

・New applications for junior high school, high school, and adult classes from April 2024 are full, and we are not accepting cancellations from anyone other than Paco students in the elementary school classes . (Every year, the classes are full with people who wish to continue from the elementary school classes.)

・If you apply for a waiting list for an elementary school class during the upper elementary school period, we may not be able to fill a spot during the elementary school period. We apologize for making you wait for such a long time and not being able to offer you a seat!

・If we have any vacant seats in our junior high school classes for students other than Paco students, we will inform you via [Paco Official LINE]. If you are interested, please register.

●Requests and Initiatives

◯ Disinfectant (non-alcoholic) will be provided at the entrance.
◯Please bring a towel and handkerchief for washing your hands.
○ Wearing a mask is at your own discretion.
◯Large air purifier installed and operated 24 hours a day.

○ Thermometers are available at all times.
◯ Ventilator operates 24 hours a day.
◯ Doors will be opened at regular intervals during classes to ventilate the room.

●About class transfers
Regarding rescheduling, we are unable to accommodate additional seats due to the difficulty of rescheduling. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
In order to make up for annual holidays, we will set up "special opening days" for about 2 to 3 days in February or March. (Days of the week other than opening days) Please participate for the same number of days you missed . (We apologize if there are not enough days.)
The content will involve the creation or drawing of an unfinished piece of work.
