Steps to joining
We are currently receiving many applications from people wishing to join, and we apologize for the long wait times!
We accept cancellation waiting lists from first grade elementary school students.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation waiting list notification
Please fill in the necessary information such as your name, grade, preferred day of the week, etc. in the "Joining" section on the Contact page, check the box, and then submit.
visit
After arranging your desired date and time via email, you will come to the facility for a tour (usually about 15 to 30 minutes). We will also provide you with some basic information and give you an explanation on how to join.
Reply of acceptance
After receiving your request to be put on the waiting list, Pako Art School will reply within 3 days. If you do not receive a reply, please contact us again. (Please change the address of the email from @ezweb.ne.jp.)
Please let us know if you would like to join
After you get home, please discuss with your child whether you would like to join and then contact us by email. If you choose to join, we will prepare the equipment and schedule the first session by email. Please pay the fee at the first session.
Contact for tour information
As soon as a spot becomes available, we will send an email to those who have been placed on the waiting list with information on the tour. (We do not offer trial lessons.) We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, as you have been waiting for about one to two years.

Your time at Pako is about to begin. Please take your tools home with you on your first visit, sign your name on the board, and bring them back with you next time.

Regarding enrollment for elementary school classes starting in April
Regarding joining in April after the 6th grade graduates, there will be many vacancies, so from mid-January we will be sending emails to those on the waiting list in order to "participate in an information session" rather than "information about visiting."
We will be holding an "information session" for April membership only.
Regarding enrollment outside of April
For information on vacant seats in months other than the April enrollment period when the new school year begins, tours will be arranged via the route mentioned above.
