Purchasing products in a better way

Please confirm the following.

About delivery method and shipping fee

Normally, we will ship within 5 days after receiving your request for delivery.Paintings will be shipped promptly after the end of the exhibition period.The delivery method will be Yamato Transport or Yu-Pack.

  • Painting : ¥1,000 nationwide ​

  • Postcards and tote bags: ¥200 nationwide

* If you purchase two or more items at the same time and ship them to the same address, the shipping fee will be ¥1,000 (¥200 for postcards only).


Example) Purchasing 1 painting + 2 postcards = shipping fee ¥1,000

Example) Purchasing 2 paintings at the same time = shipping fee ¥1,000
​Example) Purchasing 3 postcards at the same time = shipping fee ¥200

​Example)   Tote bag + postcard = shipping fee ¥200

About payment method

Payment by credit card is available.Payment will be confirmed when the product order is confirmed.

About returns/exchanges/cancellations

In order to deliver the products quickly, we will arrange the product delivery after the order is confirmed. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer's convenience after the order has been confirmed.

When you receive the product, please check to see if there is any damage or defects in the product. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item only if you have received a different item from what you ordered, or if the item is damaged due to delivery problems. We will look into it ASAP.

About the color of the posted product

The color of the posted product may differ from the actual color depending on the environment such as your browser or computer.

About gift wrapping

Gift wrapping is currently not available.

●Currently, there are many cases where e-mails are not delivered to customers using @ezweb.ne.jp and @au.com e-mail addresses.
It seems that such cases have occurred due to the extension of au's spam filter, so if you do not receive the e-mail, please check the following.


1. Make "reception list settings" and check "always receive". When setting up the reception list, please set it so that you can receive emails from pako.artschool@gmail.com.

2. If you do not receive the email even though you have set up the "reception list" Please change the level of "impersonation control".
